This guy is right. Whatever you eat thats not considered healthy, those unhealth foods add up calories and over all fat. So if you cut out the unhealthy foods, the limited exercise you do, will help burn the weight. Obviously the more exercise you do the more results, as long as you are eating healthy foods, fruits, vegetables, nuts. Drink bottled water or lemonade, diet sodas are ok but def. not as effective as water…Grab hold of yourself. Eat this way for 4 weeks. You will see results.

it’s mostly a matter of losing calories. Burning 3500 calories help you lose one pound. He’s technically right but at the same time wrong. You mostly have to be more active and cut down how many calories you intake. Belly, thigh, and butt fat is the toughest to rid yourself of
@stretchman3000 dont overtrain your body. your body is smart and will adapt to your rountine. instead try different types of work out and work out every other day. for example, if youre a treadmill person, try doing cardio on a bike or a ellipitical. if your still tired, drink low fat or skim chocolate milk an hour before you work out. the sugar will give you the energy you need and calcium has vitamins that hep burn fat and build muscle.
