watch your diet, spilt meals into six/day, to keep your metabolism up, cardio before wieghts, interval training, always add cardio to eliminate body fat, spilt your carido into two different periods try switching machines rst in between, weight train!! the more lean muscle mass you have the more calories your body will burn, research other vids and sources, I have some suggestions if you need them just pm me, exercise is the way to lose fat dont fall for quick fixes its more rewarding

no he is trying to get you to buy his program… the more cardio you do the more body fat you burn…period.. 3 days a week is hardly too much cardio… if you want results you have to actually do more cardio… and you have to do ab workouts 6 days a week along with a grueling diet… the only way your body will burn muscle as energy is if you body fat percent is ridiculously low and you haven’t eaten anything that day… up your program if you want results
so if I do cardio for 800- 1000 calories on 3 days of the week and if I do weight lifting workouts on the other days.. the cardio will make my weight lifting show no results? please reply any1 asap!!

…i also do a few reps of hanging leg raises and some ab workouts. I dont want to build muscles anywhere but on my abs. The rest of me will lose a bit of fat as I go along but I just want to focus on the abs right now. So, I need some sort of workout that will be as if all I am is a single unit ab section that needs trimming down. I dont want my forearms or biceps and shoulders to get bigger while I work on my abs. So you can see my problem finding a focused workout.

you can rise the weight for weight lifting..
but for cardio you can only rise the length. Id rather do 10 mins of weight lifting than 1 hour of cardio
That’s why you switch up the exercises, working different muscle groups so the body doesn’t get too used to it. Cardio is good of course, but like on the Biggest Loser, they lose a lot more until they get close to the goal weight. By that time their body is used to the exercise and pretty much in shape, so it slows down the progress a bit.
good point about the tension! i saw this once before in the Riddick Bowe / Herbie Hide fight. Hide was much better conditioned than Bowe, and was winning the first 2 rounds, then Bowe bloodied his nose in the 3rd, and Hide immediately got WINDED, like TOTAL EXHAUSTION IN ONLY ROUND 3! The pressure of the fight against the World Champ had gotten to him, to the point that he was so tense and stressed in Round 6, that when Bowe punched him a couple of times, he dropped to take a knee and was done!

depends how tall you are. if you’re about 5’10″ to 6ft thats about right
