    WTF… You Shouldn’t be showing people how to do squats or luges or even legs right now….. Your knees come way to far forward.. You don”t even seem to have the balance… Please practice your leg workouts and get some professional help and then make another vid…. I’d like to see the improvements and progress you make…good luck

    your squats are wayy tooo high. PLus you never drop ur ass, and you bend wayy to much at the knees. With that form you will never reach paraelle.
