@iamjakesvn Wow man, thank you for the heads up as I just started taking creatine. God forbid, if I were to experience such an excruciating ordeal at least I’ll be aware that creatine could be the possible cause. Hopefully some day you’ll make a full recovery as your condition could had been exacerbated if left untreated.

  10. iamjakesvn says:

@LatinMvp14 I’m a runner and rugby player. Never had any serious injuries or problems. The compartment syndrome developed instantly when I started using creatine. Initially it was a mystery, and it took a few weeks and a doctor to determine that creatine was causing serious pressure. As soon as I stopped it went away almost immediately, but never returned to normal.

  11. LatinMvp14 says:

@iamjakesvn How do you know that creatine was the culprit of your unfortunate condition? I did some research and interestingly enough, I learned that repetitive exercise, trauma, injury, or even surgery can cause compartment syndrome.

  14. astreetmonster0 says:

i was told that creatine and whey protein don’t mix , its rough on the gut

  20. Tibialmario says:

    what about glutamin :(

  21. iamjakesvn says:

This is all good, but do watch out for compartment syndrome when using creatine. I’m paying the price, so only use it for a short time…

  22. legacy5990 says:

OK. So this IS a serious question although it may be a stupid one. Would there be any harm in using all of those products? It didn’t seem as if any of them would cause harsh side effects if used in combination….

  23. KingRockets says:
