After I watched the video I started doign that, and I can say its working. I feel they are working on. O go to gym 5 to 6 days a week, and I couldnt find a single exercise that works this good on my forearm. Thank you.

@finn123sk8 Nothing! you want to do this as the last thing in your workout. If you can hold onto another weight after doing this then you havent done it right. You’ll know if you’ve done you’re forearms correctly because you will struggle to even hold onto a glass of water to pick it up to your face!

@Abby12TS No you are wrong if you would like to get buff and tough quick lift lots and low reps but if you want endurance for hockey or other sports do a decent amount of weight and alot of reps
