@mj23johnny Just look at yourself in the mirror. If you like what you see, stay there. If you want more definition. Lower your carb intake, high intensity weight training, and cardio. And yes, if your at the point where you can see your abs, your in good shape and yes it is possible to have too little body fat and that only happens when you’re starving. And if your only 14 years old now would be a good time to start weight training. Best of Luck!

im 14 with 6% body fat and an 8 pack thats good right? is it bad to have to little body fat? im not saying i have a little
this is what im do, eat oatmeal, veggies,fruits, skinless chicken egg whites and almonds as my diet only, i exercise cardio an hour a aday. Jogging gets me to sweat much more than sprinting and i weight lift a few times a week, im 17 5’8 134 pounds.

dont do cardio evertime to burn fat
in fact weight lifting or bodywieght workouts can lower body fat better and are more effective then cardio. when you do body or wieght lifting exercise your making the fat go into muscle. and when you do cardio your just burning fat while gaining no muscle. so do push ups. pull ups. squats ab workouts. forget about cardio, propbaly the only thing u can do for cardio is just go for a sprint not jogging but go sprinting. there is a diffirent you noe.

you have to lower your body fat and get all over muscle.
i recommend doing; dips; dead lifts; pull ups; full ab work out; and anything for legs.
once you get more muscle your body fat will be gone, but dont go over the top on the cardio cause you just get skinny

15 years old. Im in perfect shape! But my abs show a little
I workout 6x a week, lift weights and cardio
eating more whole grain and low fat foods and chicken
my lower abs look bloated and i have no idea why it looks bloated
i eat less and burn a shitt load of calories when i do cardio about 600 the most
