This is a great exercise, and it works, I noticed results within a couple of weeks.

@THETEENBODYBUILDER1 – you should see one inch of growth for every
5ml of steroids ;) …okay seriously – your first inch may come in a few months, but each successive inch will take longer and longer…unless you take steroids…and don’t anyone give me ‘it’s genetics that gets you bigger than the next guy’ the truth is, to get bigger than the biggest guy you’ve ever seen…needs the gear. Personally I want to be able to say to my son, ‘You can be as big as dad, without that shit’

How many sets do we do?

  11. angryface78 says:

thats true but it doesnt take 2 weeks. it happens right after your done wit your workout. the body thinks it was put on a verys stressfull situation and needs to grown so it becomes less stress full next time it happens. in this case, you get stronger and need heavier weight

  12. tlast2012dude says:

well, i read somewhere that after a workout, the muscle takes 2 weeks before it start growing. The body needs to know that is has to grow because is gonna be doing something with a high frecuency so it will grow to do it more efficiently.

  13. tlast2012dude says:

thats because naturally the body grows in proportion, when people use anabolics or drugs they get un-natural proportions.

The forearms will naturally grow with the arms because everything you hold it has to be holded with the forearms first.

@THETEENBODYBUILDER1 Just to let you know, it is completely pointless ever asking a bodybuilder or a personal traiener “how long before you will see like atleast an inch of growth” everyone is different it depends on so many factors that nobody can tell you that with an once of confidence

  17. GeneticlyAdvanced says:

great vid mate, it’s so hard to find an exercise that doesn’t hurt my wrist when i use 20kg+ but this seems ok!

  18. THETEENBODYBUILDER1 says:

i was just wondering how many sets to do for the forearm excerices for 25 twisters and 25 curls and how long before you will see like atleast an inch of growth

  19. MudasaZ says:

  20. bpriester7693 says:

hey if you’re a think guy (not like boney just thin) how long would it take to get ripped if I work extremely hard for 4 weeks? could I be ripped or maybe just almost muscular?

  21. i8Nmblegs says:

wait u have to do 25 wrist curls and 25 twisters thats it .. no 3 sets and 25 reps or anything lik that?

  22. lavator007 says:

Thanks a lot Bob! Did this for the past 6 months and my forearms got huge and strong. This stuff work guys remember to push yourself and go heavy if you start to plateau move up on the weight anyways and then slowly build your reps up to 25.
