according to this book i read you should masturbate b4 a work out becasue getting an erection raises your testosterone just dont ejaculate cuz itll make u tired and ull loose zinc also.
your masturbating arm might be stronger
just dont stoke it too much before you work out, no one wants to be lifting with blue balls. haha. i really dont have an answer for you but its a great question! i’ve wondered the same thing.
no i think you should be fine, i know this is slightly different, but it has been proven that masturbating before a big sports event or the like will not decrease performance, but rather, if anything, make it better
I realize that is slightly different, but you should be fine…… how would all these guys be masturbating and/or having sex while maintaining large muscles….???? Yeah, it obviously doesn’t have that much of an effect if anything
There are tons of other factors that could help or hurt it (one of the more main/obvious ones being that eating/drinking more protein helps) but don’t worry about the masturbating
If it was bad for you, then all of the pro athletes couldn’t have sex. I don’t believe it has any effect. How much protein could be lost through masturbating, not much.
Loss of calories. You need them to work out, after… you do that, your tired, and it takes up time, therefore it would give you less time to work out. And assuming you have work to do, or other things you have to do, it takes even less time to work out. Time, and being tired, are the only things I recall that can limit your workout, Oh, and if you are wondering if masturbating will lower you teresterone, it does not, it just releases tension, yup.
