News report on sub-standard and fake glutathione in the Philippine market. According to some dermatologists, instead of putting glutathione in the capsules, some repackers may be putting N-acetyl-cysteine (NAC) which boosts glutathione production in the body and considered to be more effective than taking glutathione itself. But glutathione is better known as a skin whitener than NAC. However, NAC is much cheaper than glutathione, the reason why deceptive repackers “substitute” the ingredients & mislabel their NAC capsules as ‘glutathione’. Some repackers also use a cheap blend of the 3 amino acids that make up glutathione. To play it safe, it is advisable to use only unrepacked, reputable brands of glutathione from the USA and Japan.

Upon injestion of glutathione pills majority of the pills when become digested once they reach the stomach.. inhibiting them from ever reaching the liver. NAC is not easily digested within the digestive tract. Once absorbed it activates the production of glutathione within the liver. People are better off taking NAC since it’s a precursor to glutathione. It’s important to educate yourself.

NAC instead of glutathione. NAC is used in hospitals to increase glutathione when people have tylenol poisoning. All the natural doctors either use NAC or liposomal glutathione. It should be effective if you are deficient in it and a significant percent of the world’s population is deficient.

Ganda ng pagka-puti ng MET kasi parang balat mayaman ang kutis mo pero in my experience, hindi nawala ng blemishes ko sa MET. Sa KB naman, hindi masyadong maganda ang texture ng pagkaputi sa skin pero kunti nalang blemishes ko.

Yeah it is effective. But remember you gotta get Now Foods N-Acetyl-Cysteine. It’s the precursor to glutathione. Direct glutathione does not work. It gets broken down by your digestive system.

Other glutathione pills suck and get broken down by your digestive system. I know about this stuff because I have severe health problems and the the best integrative physicians recommend these products. I have difinitley felt the effect with liposomal glutathione.
Their are many other good brands as well. Another option is denatured whey protein like IMMUNOCAL. So I’d Say Liposomal glutathione is the best and N acetyl Cysteine and Immunocal are second best.
It’s encapsulated in a lipsome so more than 90 percent of the glutathione is absorbed into the cell. The next best option to raise glutathione is to take N-Acetyl-Cysteine. But you gotta use a good brand like Source Naturals, Life Extension, or Now Food Brands.
