More healthy alternative to Emergen-C Vitamin C Fizzy Drink?


I’m looking for one without MSG, and other mysterious “Natural Flavorings” ingredients. A tasty vitamin powder to flavor water. Or any good drink to have while exercising.
You are right the best thing to do is drink water. I know that. That’s basic. Regarding just adding vit c, I have added Vit C but it is bitter by itself. I’m looking for other natural, healthy suggestions.

    The best thing you can drink while exercising is water – room temperature. For a little flavor and a vitamin c kick add lemon juice.

    The best and most natural (and cheapest) sports drink is homemade:
    – 60-70% apple juice
    – 30-40% mineral water
    – some lemon juice or blackcurrant juice if you absolutely want extra vitamin C in your drink
    – half teaspoon of natural unrefined sea salt for the minerals and electrolytes per 1 liter (=4cups) of liquid (this does not taste salty)

    You can get more calcium than you ever wanted from simple sesame snack bars (preferably sweetened with honey or raw sugar). Ten tablespoons of sesame seeds contain 100% of your recommended daily calcium, iron and magnesium intake, and a bunch of other nutrients.
