What are some natural antioxidants like green and white tea?

I know of several types of teas that are great antioxidants, but what are some other natural anti agers? I’ve heard that boiling lemons in water and drinking the water is great for you, is that true? Thanks you so much for your help!

Any dark berry, or juice made there from. Also, dark chocolate has lots of antioxidants in it.

For a while my family and I got into this juice called Mona Vie (pronounced Monna Vee). It is made with something like 20 fruits and vegetables, and the main ingredient is the Acai berry (ah-si-ee). This juice is packed with vitamins, minerals, and an insane amount of Antioxidants.

Also, there’s a liquid supplement on the market now known as Synaura. It is made with the Maqui (mockee) berry. This berry has much more antioxidants in it than the Acai berry. Also, Synaura has so much more in it, and it is the first time-release supplement of its kind on the market.

    Anyways, I hope this helps!

The best source of antioxidants for your money are found in fresh fruits and also in dried fruits. Processed liquids may have a lot, but you are paying a lot too.
V-8 (low sodium) is a reasonable source in a juice product. I personally like dried goji berries, but they are not magical.
Try tomatoes. If your are a person who does well with them, you will find a lot of bang for your buck.
And while you are at it, green tea is sooo good.
Forget the boiled lemons. It is okay to have some lemon, but it is not terribly effective.

Rooibos tea……naturally caffeine free and rich in anti-oxidants.
Dark skinned fruits and pomegranates, dates and figs.
Herbs such as sage, thyme, basil, oregano and rosemary…..add these to your cooking. Rosemary is one of the most powerful antioxidants known and used in the food industry as a preservative for that very purpose.
Vitamins C and E and the supplements alpha lipoic acid. Ryalo jelly, bee propolis and raw honey.

Avoid stress and avoid strong sun unless you cover up with a good sunblock. Get enough sleep. Eat well and avoid caffeine and additives such as aspartame and MSG.

Having good genes and a good bone structure does help.
